These terms govern the relationship between the operator (see imprint) and users of foldly.

foldly is a free, ad-free, non-commercial service offered by a private individual. There is no claim to availability or specific features. The service may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

You may only use foldly with files for which you have the necessary rights. The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful content (e.g. copyright-infringing, defamatory, or criminal content)
• Content that circumvents DRM, copy protection, or similar technical measures
• Personal data of third parties without lawful basis

Technical limits (file size, operations per hour) apply and are stated on each tool page. They may be adjusted at any time.

See the privacy policy. Most tools run in your browser. Server uploads are deleted within 15 minutes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, outages, or feature changes may occur at any time.

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for data loss, indirect damages, or lost profits. Users are responsible for their own backups.

If you sign up, the account is personal and non-transferable; multiple registrations are not permitted. Violations may lead to suspension or deletion without notice.

The operator may restrict or block individual IP addresses, accounts, or the entire service in case of abuse or excessive load.

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
